1. Download `epub_workflow_plugin.zip` from the GitHub repo 2. In Calibre: **Preferences → Plugins → Load plugin from file** 3. Select the ZIP file and restart Calibre 4. Add the toolbar icon: **Preferences → Interface → Toolbars & menus**
